Rock Row Health Campus is the medical anchor of a 110-acre mixed-use development in Westbrook, Maine. Waterstone Properties Group, which develops and operates Rock Row, expects the independent dental hygiene practice to open by the end of 2026.
Blue Bliss Dental Wellness plans to make time for patient questions and education part of its care model. The announced services include preventive dental hygiene care. Advanced periodontal care is also planned. Professional laser teeth whitening rounds out the service offering, according to Waterstone Properties Group.
Founder and CEO Josering Alobwede, IPDH, RDH, has more than 25 years in the dental profession. She said she created the practice to give patients excellent care, room to ask questions and an environment where they can feel at ease.
Alobwede said the practice recognizes the connection between oral health and overall well-being. She wants patients to feel welcomed from the moment they arrive, and to know their concerns are heard. Support is part of that plan.
The planned setting includes a signature Aromatherapy Lounge. Blue Bliss says privacy and individual attention will shape the patient experience. The practice also plans to use education to help patients understand their care and build habits that support lifelong oral health. Laser whitening is on the service list, but the announcement does not identify specific equipment.
The campus includes infrastructure for primary and cardiovascular care, according to the American Hospital Association. Rock Row is also described as a 2.3-million-square-foot mixed-use district in Greater Portland.
Dental workforce efforts are taking a different route in Norfolk. A Norfolk training initiative aims to train up to 30 undergraduate students each year. The initiative and Blue Bliss's practice are distinct approaches to dental services and workforce development.
