Beijing Weijiahua Dentistry Equipment Co. Ltd. is pairing multilayer zirconia with claimed ISO 13485:2016 documentation and reported FDA-related market access as YIPANG moves into more international dental markets.

Dental laboratories looking to standardise zirconia work face a practical question: can one disc cover several restorative demands without adding manual layering? Beijing Weijiahua Dentistry Equipment Co. Ltd. is building YIPANG around that proposition.

The company says it was founded in 1996 and now sells through domestic and export channels across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America, North America, Eastern Europe, North Africa and Australia. Its approach combines a five-layer material platform with regulatory documentation and an OEM supply operation.

The central product is the 4D-PRO-ML block. Its stacked powder structure changes hardness, strength, permeability and colour from one layer of the disc to another. That produces a cervical-to-incisal shade transition without manual layering.

The claimed ISO 13485:2016 certificate is numbered 381240434R0S. Shanghai POSI Certification Co., Ltd. issued it under GB/T 42061-2022 and ISO 13485:2016, with a stated validity period from December 27, 2024, through December 26, 2027.

The commercial pitch is straightforward: reduce a laboratory step while preserving a broader range of restorative applications.

One disc covers several restorative demands

The 4D-PRO-ML platform reports flexural strength between 800 MPa and 1,200 MPa, with translucency between 43% and 49%. The disc uses 100% Sinocera powder. The 4D-Pro-ML grade uses pure 5Y powder for colour and aesthetics.

Discs come in a 98 mm diameter with thicknesses of 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm and 20 mm. The recommended sintering range is 1,430 to 1,450 degrees Celsius. The company advises laboratories to avoid rapid temperature changes during sintering.

YIPANG also offers SHT-C, with translucency above 45% and strength above 900 MPa, alongside SHT-ML, with translucency above 46% and strength above 1,000 MPa. The grades are positioned for anterior aesthetics, posterior crowns and multi-unit or full-arch bridges. For larger cases, the company identifies uniform translucency and stable sintering shrinkage as key requirements.

The 4D-PRO-ML specifications repeated in the October 9, 2026, press release-including its five-layer structure, 800-1,200 MPa flexural-strength range, 43-49% translucency, 98 mm diameter and listed thicknesses-remain company claims rather than figures independently confirmed by regulator technical files or third-party testing.

The material sits inside a wider digital workflow

Weijiahua is not selling zirconia in isolation. Its portfolio includes glass ceramics, press ingots, PMMA, PEEK, wax and resin discs, titanium alloy discs, custom implant abutments, intraoral and laboratory scanners, five-axis milling machines, 3D printers, metal printing powders, sintering furnaces, porcelain furnaces and precision milling burs.

That range gives the company a route from data acquisition and CAD design through milling or additive manufacturing to restoration delivery. A related account of the workflow appears in an earlier laboratory report on implant prostheses and digital fabrication.

The operating model targets distributors and laboratories that want one supplier across several production stages. OEM and ODM services offer monthly capacity of 15,000 pieces, lead times of 15 to 30 working days and custom specifications. Standard orders begin at one box. Customised products require a minimum of five boxes.

Certifications are part of the sales infrastructure

Weijiahua holds a claimed ISO 13485:2016 certification valid to December 26, 2027. The documentation identified in the October 9, 2026, EIN Presswire release gives the certificate number as 381240434R0S and names Shanghai POSI Certification Co., Ltd. as the issuing body.

The company's materials also include an EU Declaration of Conformity for intraoral scanners classified as Class I medical devices, plus FDA certification covering zirconia, glass ceramic, intraoral scanner and implant abutment products.

Those credentials do not establish independent clinical superiority for the materials. They provide the compliance framework the company is using to support market access, export distribution and OEM discussions.

Export activity represents 40% to 55% of the business, with coverage extending to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America, North America, Eastern Europe, North Africa and Australia.

The available research record does not identify new FDA or European Union authorisations, product recalls, court decisions, financial results, sales volumes or independent clinical trials involving YIPANG. The current status is therefore best described through the company's stated product and certification claims rather than through independent regulatory or clinical confirmation.

At the International Dental Show in Cologne in March 2025, the company attracted professionals from more than 40 countries. Its 2,000 sq m facility employs 80 people, including a 25-engineer R&D team focused on material formulation, process optimisation and new product development.

For laboratories and distributors, the strongest part of the proposition is not a single translucency figure. It is the combination of documented batch behaviour, raw-material inspection, finished-product checks, technical guidance with a 24-hour response time and predictable delivery options.

YIPANG's multilayer zirconia platform gives the brand a potential commercial moat because it links material differentiation to manufacturing capacity and international documentation rather than relying on product claims alone.
