Durable Dental Lab has completed its move to a larger Buffalo Grove facility. The site includes two operatories and a separate education center, while licensed professionals retain responsibility for diagnosis and treatment.

At 975 Weiland Road, the dental office has its own entrance and reception area. The Buffalo Grove facility keeps its clinical space separate from laboratory operations.

The office has two fully equipped operatories. A dedicated education center has a separate entrance.

Durable Dental Lab has completed its move to the larger facility at 975 Weiland Road, 2nd Floor, Buffalo Grove, Illinois 60089. The center is being developed in phases. Participating clinicians and additional services will be announced as they become available. It combines laboratory services with clinical care from licensed professionals. Professional education is part of the plan, along with mobile laboratory support, according to the company's October 15, 2026 announcement.

Laboratory support alongside clinical care

Durable Dental Lab says it will provide laboratory technology and prosthetic expertise. It also plans on-site support for complex restorative and implant workflows. Owner Leo Varshavsky, CDT, said the goal is to bring laboratory professionals closer to dentists and the technology used in complex implant cases. He said that collaboration can save time and improve communication. Varshavsky also said it can improve the experience for the clinical team and the patient.

The lab's work will sit near clinical services, but the laboratory will not diagnose or treat patients. Licensed dental professionals using the clinical space will handle patient care. They can also use it for consultations and implant-related procedures.

Durable Dental Lab's Mobile Dental Lab can provide same-day temporary restorations. It also offers other on-site laboratory services for participating dental practices. The company says those services can reduce delays during complex surgical and restorative cases.

Digital workflows and professional education

The expansion builds on the company's work in digital dentistry and implant-supported restorations. Durable Dental Lab also works on All-on-X full-arch prosthetics. The company says it has served dental professionals since 2009, with expertise in zirconia fixed bridges and advanced laboratory workflows. A report on chairside production covered SprintRay's Foundation scanner and Nano Series system. It also covered a materials deal with GC Corporation.

Durable Dental Lab says it operates Illinois' first Mobile Dental Lab. The company has also launched the Illinois Senior Smile Initiative, designed to improve access to denture laboratory services for senior care communities.

The education center is intended for hands-on learning and professional lectures. Workshops and study clubs are also planned. Varshavsky said the company wants the center to support continuing education as digital workflows and implant dentistry change.
