CDT Code 1 article

CDT Code is the Current Dental Terminology code set maintained by the American Dental Association for describing dental procedures and services. It supplies standard procedure codes, nomenclature and descriptors used in clinical documentation, dental claims and reimbursement workflows. CDT is a coding system rather than a diagnosis classification or treatment guideline; its function is to give dental services a consistent procedural vocabulary for records, billing and communication with payers.
