What do I do if I get a complaint?

The is a website created for young dentists by young dentists.

By sharing experiences, new ideas and other helpful information young dentists can help each other as they get to grips with their chosen career. The web site is full of useful articles, details of events, top tips and case studies.

A series of videos have now been produced to reflect some of the key issues affecting young dentists including dental photography, selecting dental loupes and complaint handling.

These videos are presented by a young dentist, Reena Wadia, who qualified from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry and reflect her personal opinions.

Complaints are not an uncommon experience, especially for young dentists! This video gives 10 key steps that should always be considered when handling complaints (taken from DPL Complaints Handling booklet).
